Refund Policy

At Perfect Park Driving School, we are committed to providing professional driving instruction and transparent booking practices. Please read our refund policy carefully before completing your booking.

Cancellations

• A $10 mandatory cancellation fee will apply if a booking is canceled within 2 hours of the scheduled lesson time.
• Cancellations made outside the 2-hour window may be eligible for a refund, minus any applicable processing or administrative fees.

No-Show Policy

Failure to attend a scheduled lesson without prior notice will be considered a no-show. No-shows are not eligible for a refund.

Rescheduling

Rescheduling requests must be made at least 2 hours before the scheduled lesson time. Requests made within 2 hours may be subject to the cancellation fee.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
